Australia and Idiot Haterz

In Australia

Yes, I’m here in Australia. The rumors are true. But a lot of people are slanting the story to make it seem worse than it is. These people are spreading crap about me to ruin anything left of my name and ruining the reputation of everybody who is associated with me.

No, I did not leave my wife penny-less and run away to Australia! It’s amazing how some people are trying so hard to sabotage my efforts to make an honest buck through my story/publicity. More on that below.

For now… why in the WORLD am I in Australia?

I have been thinking of getting away and doing some massive action in business for a while. I wanted to focus on getting the foreclosure book done and get a lot of other stuff done in a distraction-free environment.

Then the opportunity came in a crazy way. One of my fans who lives in Australia invited me to come over anytime and stay free of charge for as long as I want. He lives in the mountain and has a room with a bed and a desk. He said I can eat their food and use their internet connection. So basically live for free.

He figured I may want to take a little break and get away, focus and work on my book and stuff like that. That was exactly what I wanted.

But the problem: airfare.

Then another crazy thing happens. Another fan from Canada emails me saying that he’ll give me $1,000 for me to keep blogging. He missed reading my stuff. He is a young entrepreneur and thinks it was a big shame to close the blog down because it was finally making full-time income and he was getting a lot of benefit from it and thinks others do to. He wanted to see how I make my come-back story and all that.

Both of these emails come on the same day, last Wednesday. So I contact the guy with $1000 to see if he is for real. He was. So then I checked the airfare and it was gonna cost about $900 for a one-way ticket to Australia. I accepted the $1,000 from Canadian guy and told him I will bring the blog back up. I used the money to buy a ticket to Australia. After Canadian Dollar conversion I only had $800 so I had to add about $100 of my own cash to buy the ticket. So I got to fly to Australia for only $100! (Big thanks to my supporter from Canada, the blog is back thanks to your support!)

So that’s the short story. I wanted to get away for a little bit of time and focus on finishing the foreclosure book, get the blog back up and producing income and work on other business projects. This would also give me some time to think about my marriage, spend time praying and seeking God’s direction in everything. The opportunity came, the money came, and here I am in Australia!! Crazy!!

The family here is very nice. The guy who invited me out here is an entrepreneur / business guy like me. So far we’ve just been hanging out and getting to know each other. Went to the rain forest yesterday. I taught them how to play Texas Hold Em poker and we had a good time playing last night.

I spend the last couple of days getting situated and now I’m ready to get some productive business done here…

But now the idiots out there (excuse my language) are trying to sabotage everything!

They are trying to screw up every last bit of opportunity I have to make an honest buck and pay off all this debt. People don’t realize that I cannot pay back my mountain of debt with just a job.

Duane LeGate himself started a business in order to pay off his $700,000 of debt. That’s right! The same Duane who is telling me to shut everything down and get a job did the exact opposite when he was in the same situation.

Duane LeGate (whom I used to respect and trust) is one of the biggest hypocrites and back-stabbers (he posted a bunch of private emails in the past and recently the details of our PRIVATE meeting all over the net, how do you trust a person like that?). The other guy who said he was going to help me seems like a back-stabber too (well, at least as far as threatening me with a frivolous law suit out-of-the-blue… we’ll have to wait and see how things develop).

Idiot haterz are going too far…

The idiot haterz (critics who are trying to screw up my attempts at making money) have already been ripping off my copyrighted posts from this blog and posting them all over the internet in order to prevent people from going on my site. They have also been doing that with my podcasts and pictures. Ripping off copyrighted content or posting my pictures that have attribution license withing giving me a link is wrong and illegal!

I don’t mind the “hating” but when they rip off my copyrighted posts, podcasts and reveal private sensitive info, that’s going way too far.

What’s even worse is them going after anybody who is associated with me!

These people did not deserve this!! What did they do? They are simply people who are doing business with me or simply my friends/family/associates.

Maybe because I’ve been too busy and under-funded to fight these people. Maybe they think its OK to screw with me and my associates and violate our privacy and copyrighted content. They justify it by saying “He is blogging so he’s an open target, he asked for this”.

Are you kidding me?

Just ‘cuz somebody is blogging his mistakes and you don’t like how he’s going around fixing them does not give you he right to do this! It’s not like I’ve been caught with mortgage fraud or something. I was the one who started this blog. I was the one who shared my mistakes with the loans. I was the one who wanted to make it right by talking about it.

Why are people treating me like a criminal for trying to share my story for other people’s benefit and trying to make a buck or two from it?

So…

  • NO - I didn’t run away from the country and to try to leave my debts behind. I’m here to focus on business for a short time and PAY OFF my debts. This is a temporary trip. The opportunity presented itself and I went. It could have been anywhere.
  • NO - I didn’t leave my wife penniless. I actually had most of the trip paid for by somebody else. I spend only about $150 on this trip. There were other expenses that hit the bank account at the same time that made it seem like I took a bunch of money out. I indent to continue making money from this blog and other opportunities to support myself and my wife. (In fact I have $500 referral commission that I made a while back but am just now getting paid on it. That should hit the bank account tomorrow morning.)
  • NO - My wife wasn’t completely OK with me going on this trip but I had to do what I have to do to provide. I couldn’t bring back the blog with all the drama at home. Taking the blog down for a week was really a bad thing financially, however it showed my wife that I was willing to choose her over my blog. However, after my publisher threatened to sue me I made yet another hard decisions to come back online and keep my only income stream going.
  • YES - I just wanted to get a way and have a quiet place to work on my foreclosure book and other stuff so that I can make some money, pay off our debts and turn this whole foreclosure story and exposure into a success.
  • YES - I love my wife and I want to keep our marriage (even with all the craziness lately). I am having to make some tough decisions that are not very popular but I need to continue producing income from this blog, continue working on the book and other business opportunities and making a turn-around. Aside from this necessary mention I will continue keeping my family off this blog to respect their feelings.
  • YES - Even as I write this post, my private emails, business deals, and copyrighted materials are being shared across the internet without my authorization!

P.S. Sorry guys to bring all this drama into this and the stronger language. I normally don’t get this worked up. I wasn’t gonna share anything about Australia, at least not right now, but now I must make a response.)

Oh and another thing… my foreclosure blog is ranking is even higher now and traffic is going just as strong if not stronger. The blog hasn’t skipped a beat. I just wish I didn’t have to return all the advertising money or I would have actually had something in the bank right now. Still, I want to treat all the advertisers and supporterz right and give everybody good value.

    Hey, $800 is $800…. It was money already in your pocket…

    The vacation to Aus is still money out of your pocket. Money that would have been living expenses to take care of things at home otherwise. No creative reasoning or justification is going to change that.

    Not that going on a vacation is a bad idea… It might be what you needed, or it might be a necessary expense for your business… But its best to recognize your expenditures for what they are rather than to lie to yourself with reasoning of convenience.

    I admit you are your own man and should be able to do what you want. Had you been single and done this, it wouldn’t matter so much, except for creating the impression in the eyes of law enforcement you’re a flight risk.

    However, you are a married man and have an obligation to your partner. Get back here and honor that obligation. If you need quiet time, go to the library.

  • Just finished making a few more edits to the post… my connection here is cutting in and out so I’m a little slow to respond.

    Plus my moderator Nigel Swaby who actually did a very good job moderating in the last few weeks is no longer here to help me. I thought I can trust him, but I guess not.

    I would ask for more moderators to help out but I don’t really know if I can trust ANYBODY anymore!

    And I didn’t come here to be spending hours upon hours filtering through hater comments all day long. So I will have to think about the comments and see what I can do about it.

    The community is great here but I must focus on getting stuff done and producing.

  • Well, Casey. The haterz did go a bit too far, and are actually getting kinda boring. I don’t know why they think they can provide more shock value than you provide all by your lonesome. An ounce of your wisdom and world view is far more entertaining than their diatribes.

    Sure, they ‘broke’ the story that you went to Australia. But, YOU actually WENT to Australia. One way ticket, no less. Against your wife’s wishes (glad to hear you love her…I was a bit concerned). They ‘report’ the news, but you MAKE the news.

    (an Australian friend of mine who has lived there and in the US says that Australia does NOT use credit scores from the US agencies, by the way…something for you to think about - whenever you are ready you can get an Australian credit card and buy yourself a ticket home! Voila!)

    But, you know - haterz will be haterz. Its those family members making you shut down your blog, costing you ad revenue, bumming you out on your sweet trip to Australia, etc., that really disgusts me.

    Oh Princess Snowflake, if the book deal is in fact real, you won’t be able to profit:( There are laws–much like the Son of Sam law–that disallow a person from monetary profit of a crime, regardless of being convicted or not. There was even one case I googled where the creditors filed civil charges against all profits from a book not yet published and won…which, of course, stop the fraudster from continuing with his book. I’m not sure if you knew this, but it will make for a way to pay back every dirty penny.
    Consequently, if you did not inform your creditors ( they like in writing ) that you were leaving the country, the may press for LE to move forward. You know, looks like you’re bailing on your debt and such. I hope you got all your ducks in a row on this, Princess. Attention to detail, it does matter.

  • Don’t know what to say to you Case. I do think it’s wrong that people are swiping your stuff, it’s not like they just can’t link back to it here. Maybe the feel like you swiped money from the creditors so it just a bit of karma.

    On another note, your publisher said that you will have to do you’re own promotion. Does that mean that when the book is finished you will be taking the show on the road and we’ll get to see you live and in person?

    I’d pay to see that.

    No matter what happens, I think you will be used as an example of what went wrong financially in this country over the past six years.

    You fell for all the seminars and bought into the hype like a lot of other people did.

    I think we are going to be hearing a lot more stories like yours over the next few years.

    2. A quick search of Orbitz and I found a one-way to Sydney for $550. Again, your great biz skillz. Also, why did you buy a one-way when your AUS visa doesn’t allow you to work and only allows you to stay 3 months?

  • Casey, I think you did the right move. Beeing away from your wife and usual environment should help you turn this financial tragedy on a good base for starting some cash machine. Potentially, between the book, some conferences and the ad revenues generated by the trafic you have on this site, you should have cleared your debts in a few years (or less if you really succeed).
    I was myself in some bad financial shape back in 1996 and I lived in a 90 sq ft studio (yes 9 square meter !). I have now a big appartment in the nicest neighborood of my city (Paris, France), no debts, some cash in the bank, a new audi and soon a beach house. I went through that at a price : I’m not self employed anymore. Just find a confortable way for you and your wife to reach that kind of financial serenity. Good luck in your moves…

  • Good luck on your trip. While you’re there I suggest giving some thought to an apparent impulsivity you have. Maybe introducing a 96 hour lag time into any ‘major decision’ (beyond whether or not you want fries with that) would help? I’m not a psychologist but I do notice you make a lot of sudden impulsive decisions. IE taking down then restarting blog, buying houses suddenly, going to Australia. I normally don’t stick my nose into others’ business but you are asking for feedback so there it is.

    How do you like driving on the left? I did it in Japan and didn’t have trouble getting adjusted except for the turn signals being swapped from the windshield wipers (I was driving a Corolla).

    This comments thing has been something you are going to work on from the beginning. You are trolling yet again. Nothings changed and the storey has gotten old. Should have known you would never keep your side of a deal. I would not be surprised if your better half (and thats an understatement) is gone when you decide to return. Buck up and get er done. Make a decision and follow through for once in your life. Stop quitting when the seas get a bit choppy, and for goodness sake stop making excuses!!!

You make a big deal of how you got to fly to Australia for only $100 but how much are you going to have to pay to get home again and where is that money coming from? This is of course assuming that you are planning to go home. People who are planning to go to another country for a short while tend to buy return tickets.

    How is it that you do not understand why so much hate is coming your way over this? You have hundreds of thousands of dollars of debt. A wife and family who have apparently had enough. Yet you still persist in making like everyone else, including wife and family, are in the wrong and now you have flown to the other side of the planet on a one way ticket. One way Casey. ONE WAY. This action screams running away and it is one that requires you to explain it far better than you have done so far if you do not want people to heap on the hate.

  • First you must let the comments flow otherwise you will lose what you so hard worked for. You keep making mistake after mistake, but I think you are finally learning from all this. This is a tough road for you and you will have allot more tough times coming. You going to Australia was a mistake. I know the opportunity arouse and you felt compelled to take it. I am a firm believer that when opportunity knocks you have to listen, but this does not apply in this circumstance. What you do not realize is you can not be half way across the world and expect to take care of and control your business. This is why it was a big mistake for you to go on this trip. The other side of it is that to all those who do support you, taking this trip makes it look like you do not care about anything and are not going to do what needs to be done. This causes more frustration from people and you lose more support. You can not please all the people but the ones’ you have on your side now you must do the right thing by and show good public image towards. You are making yourself a celebrity type status and with it comes responsibility such as your public appearance and how you act and what you do. You made this road for yourself now do the right thing. You have success at your figure tips, but if you keep making these dumb mistakes you will squander it. If you lose it you will NEVER GET ANOTHER CHANCE to reproduce it again. Start thinking things through and make smarter decision.

    Just up from Down under!

    I can now truly be an early riser ™ because of the time change. It’s really tomorrow here today but a bunch of hours earlier! That makes me somewhat of a time traveler (which has some very sweet ™ implications as you will see below).

    As many of you have guessed, it was prior commenter Ozzie Tim™ that gave me a shout ™ about coming down under for awhile™. I figured that sooner or later (can’t take the risk) I might wind up in the pokey, so it was seriously time to jet when the almost free™ plane ticket came along.

    So, I didn’t run off from “those of which we cannot speak”™ and leave her penniless. Remember, the plane ticket was $950, I got $800 (almost free™ - Sweet™!), so I just too the difference ($150) from the commission that should be in the account now or sometime in the next week or 10 days™. She has about $350 in her account. Plus, “those of which we cannot speak” ™’s sister is going to let “those of which we cannot speak” ™ stay their™ awhile™ (I am pretty sure, I really haven’t been in the communication loop for awhile™, but why wouldn’t she?)

    Next: Business opportunity ALERT ALERT ALERT!: Since I am now living in the future, and “those of which we cannot speak” ™ is in the past, I have a guaranteed way to pay back every dirty penny™. Simply will log onto t he Sacramento Bee website when it is Wednesday here, get the winning Lottery numbers, email them back to “those of which we cannot speak” ™, since she is in the past, it’s Tuesday when she gets them, and Viola™! We win every Lottery drawing until every dirty penny™ is paid back. Why no one has ever tried this time travel is simply beyond me.

  • I’m in complete disbelief. I started reading the blog after the msn.com drop and thought this whole thing was crazy. Somehow I got hooked into seeing what would be next. Everything was so unreal, a fictional story unfolding before my very eyes.

    Now you’ve jetted off to Australia…for time and focus? I guess we’re not all that fortunate.

    I wasn’t really a member of either club (supporterz or haterz) but this move definitely puts me in the haterz catagory.

  • Ok, in his defense, Nigel didn’t break my trust that bad compared to some other people we all know. But since he is no longer supporting my behavior, I disabled his moderation account just in-case. Just trying to contain everything in light of all the information breaches out there.

I’m happy that somebody else helped you more than I could have, although my offer still stands, or I may do something like that at some other time. But you can’t monetize a blog without comments, and how are you going to pay for your plane ticket when you return from Australia? Will you have any money by then? Please, tell us more. After all, you can’t stay in Australia forever without making any money. Even if you are welcome where you are, you are just a guest in a stranger’s home.

    That being said, I entirely support your decision. You may well have needed a change of scenery, and possibly a way to assert yourself as an independent person who is now more serious about business. Don’t listen to haters. You can work hard if you really want to.

You’ll never please everyone, which is why it’s crucial right now to focus on rebuilding yourself spiritually.

    One of the reasons this site is so entertaining is that many of the people who post here are completely out of touch with reality in that they think that it is acceptable to make a full-time hobby out of hating another human being.

    I listened to part of the HateCast, and I fully expected William Shatner to appear at a podium saying “You! Get a life!… You! Have you ever kissed a girl? You! Move out of your parents’ basement!”

    Those of you who think Casey should get a W-2 job: exactly what job would that be? Anything that pays worth a damn, he wouldn’t currently pass the background check. What is so wrong with trying to make a living from blogging and collecting ad revenue?

    Honestly, I wish I could understand why people are so angry. I think I know. Casey has become a scapegoat for a your problems. I bet it burns your — that he rolled the dice, drives you nuts that he has a supportive family, and just generally infuriates you that he has such a laid-back attitude. But that’s your problem, not his.

    Let he who is without sin cast the first stone. Peace.

    Answer this question honestly:

    If you did something beneficial for someone or society that no one, maybe not even the person or people who experienced your good deed, ever knew about… how would you define the value of such a deed?

    Would you consider it a waste of time? A profit opportunity wasted?

    Fact is Casey, if you are a person incapable of considering the needs and wants of others, that is understandable. That is a psychological condition know variably as anti-social personality disorder, psychopathy and/or sociopathy. And the fact is, if that’s the case, it is beyond your control.

    There are clinical reasons why such people exist. I offer the suggestion in the event that you might know yourself better, your strengths and - most importantly - your limitations.

    I just found your site via CNET news.com. I appreciate your honesty throughout your trials right now. Go to God, and seek His guidance.

    My wife and I are a young couple (though married 6 years now, we got married very young) and we accrued some debt in the beginning (school loans, maxed credit cards, family loans, car loans, etc…). We eventually grew tired of debt and resolved to focus on diminishing it (through prayer and steadfastness).

    My prayer is to be neither rich nor poor (there is a Proverb about this). Financial freedom is something admirable to strive for. You took some risks, they didn’t work out. Life will go on.

    Maybe you should consider bringing your wife over to Australia. The support a wife grants is amazing and important. My wife has stuck with me through think and thin (even moving across the country twice in a matter of a few months). She has assisted me with my musical endeavors, and is a constant encouragement.

    I don’t know your whole story, and fact is, this is the blog entry I have read of yours.

    Go as God convicts you, not as man.

    I in response to comment #3 here, I don’t think “everybody is against you.” However, you have to consider that your supporters had admiration for you because you put yourself out here on a public stage, theoretically to be some help to other people. The problem is, your recent actions seem to indicate that Casey really only cares about Casey. All of this “business” stuff that you’re working on has taken your attention away from the blog and the people that got you here by supporting you. Now, after they helped make you famous (which you’ve parlayed into a nice ad campaign), you’re asking them to wait around and then pay you for the privilege of the “rest of the story.” Understandably, this is rubbing many of those people the wrong way.

    I’m not sure what the answer is, because you quite obviously have some obligations to meet and are trying to do that. Nevertheless, as you pursue that goal, remember, no man is an island. If you start to treat your audience poorly, it is likely your fan-base will dry up. Without fans, a publishing deal isn’t gonna do you a whole lot of good is it?

  • No, not everyone is against you. To have racked up the property and debts you did at such a young age shows you have a lot of moxey — and now are trying to find a way to pay them off — by a big strike, yet even. That takes balls! A lot of courage and fortitude.

    Some years back Time magazine did a feature on 13 self-made millionaires [nowadays that would be billionaires]. The one thing they ALL had in common was at least bankruptcy behind them — some two. Before they picked up their marbles, took a different direction, learned from the flaws in their first plans — and made it big the second or third time.

    To succeed means taking gambles, as you obviously do if you play hold ‘em. So don’t be bitter. Ignore your critics. Unless they’re Bil Gates,, Donald Trump, Warren Buffet or men of that calibre who are willing to offer positive suggestions on where to go from here.

    You will fail at probably more things than you succeed at. But that’s what life is all about. It’s not how far you fall, but how high bounce.

    Take your time to reflect on where the mistakes were made this time. Perhaps writing the book will give you the insight you need when the words are staring you in the face.

    Keep your heart, your optimism, and above all, your courage. And if your wife is willing to stick by you, has faith and belief in you, no matter what your balance sheet says now, you are already a very wealthy man.

    I’m sorry to hear about your business losses.

    I had a very successful business only to lose it during the dot.com era. At the same time, my wife divorced me and tried to take my kids away. I was unemployed and had to support my wife (who refused to work) and the kids.

    Needless to say, I was quickly in debt; $80,000.
    There are many simliar stories out there right now…
    But when its you who are going through it, it feels like you are alone.

    I understand what you are trying to do and why. I don’t necessarily agree with everything you’ve done, but it seems like you’re trying to set things right and I wish you the best.

    I mean this in the most respectful way possible - my advice: Go home. Be with your wife. Face your trouble head on. It may seem that you need to go away to rid yourself of your distractions, but it really sounds like you are trying to escape.

    Encouragement: one of the greatest examples of persistence is Abraham Lincoln. Read his life’s story. Below is only a small (and pathetic) example of his life. It’s not entirely accurate, but it is a starting point:

    1816 His family was forced out of their home. He had to work to support them.

    1818 His mother died.

    1831 Failed in business.

    l832 Also lost his job - wanted to go to law school but couldn’t get in.

    How do you expect to keep your blog up and popular with all the traffic if you are doing nothing with it? You have not added any comments in 3 days. This is what frustrates people about you and why you think they hate you. Instead of taking care of your business you are in Australia and acting like you don’t care about your business. Success is hard work and if you want to achieve you must snap out of this daze and confusion your in. If it overwhelms you then take a moment a reevaluate what you are doing. Maybe success is not for you. Maybe the pressure is too much and you can not handle it. I would suggest that if you can not handle all the pressure to get out. Get that w-2 job and be done with it. If you are a person who wants success and to be self employed making good money, then start acting like it and take care of business. This blog is part of your business. Without it you would not be known and you would not have the opportunities you have. So stop whining about the haters, stop making excuses as to why you are not doing things, suck it up and move on. Believe it or not there are people cheering for you and want to see you make it, but if you keep doing all this nonsense you will lose any support you ever had. People want to find there own strengths in someone else. You are other people’s strength. They want to see you succeed because then they believe in there lives they to can achieve there goals.     Casey: I enjoy reading your blog. I was actually bummed when it was shut down last week! I am a middle aged successful mortgage banker that has seen both the ups and downs of the real estate market. Don’t get so down on yourself. Think about this: You are just 24 and have gone through more than most people go through in their entire lives financially. Don’t totally hold yourself to blame for your past borrowing actions.I’ve seen the other side and the investors and banks made it way to easy to borrow money and went along with the dog and pony show because everyone was making money. The flippers, the brokers and bankers, Wall Street and just about anyone that had anything to do with home sales. Now the show has stopped, similiar to Nasdaq 2000 and everyone is pointing the finger at someone to blame. Just as everyone held the brokerage analysts responsible in 2000 when the stock market crashed, someone has to be blamed for the latest crisis. Your blog has made you a world reknown public figure, something pretty amazing to acomplish at the age of 24! Stop worrying what other people think. Make your own decisions and find people that you can trust. Take full advantage of your blog’s exposure and use it to start making money. Just keep the content relevant and up to date and people will keep reading which will in turn allow you to command higher and higher advertising and sponsorship fees. Write your book! It will sell as long as the blog is doing well. A word of advice: Timing is everything in life. I can’t say when but someday will come when the real estate market turns around and the foreclosure buzz will be as old as the Stock market crash of 2000. Just take advantage of the situation while you can and the buzz is still there. Just remember, money is important but family is even more so. Best of luck to you!

    I skimmed your blog and I read that article about you in USA Today. I’m finishing my Master’s, so I don’t hear about internet trends like the apparent attention your blog gets.

    Anyway, I really think that if your publisher thinks they’re going to make a lot of money off your book, it would have been no problem for them to shell out $900 to you to help you cool off for a short while. But I telecommute myself, and I have to say that your location makes no difference if you’re writing an online blog or developing things online. Being a web developer, I’m sure you know this. Whereever you go, there you are. A trip to Australia seems unnecessary.

    Additionally, after reading the article about you in USA today, I noticed a trend that I’m not sure if your “haters” mentioned (like I have time to read comments). I had a couple of friends with gambling problems. Instead of poker, it appears yours is houses. All the same behaviors are there– the feeling that if you do one more deal you can make it right, covering errors and making up for money owed with credit cards. This has to have occured to you by now. Seriously. Just declare bankruptcy and get a therapist. You’re not an expert on flipping or foreclosure, you’re just a kid with a gambling problem. (or a very clever internet fraud, one of the two.)

What if a family member gets sick or there is some urgent business to attend to? You bought a one way ticket buddy. I smell a fugitive. Do you think the long arm of the law can’t reach to the land downunder, where women roar and men pay thier debts or do the time. But anywho, its probably a good move. They will not come after you out there and plus you’ll have a new life with new opporutnities with a sweet jump start by selling the book from Austrailia out of the reach of uncle sam. Well done.

  • Hey Casey…just found out about you. I had some similar problems as you but on a much smaller level. Got involved with a predatory lender, got into a mortgage I couldn’t afford and lost the house to foreclosure. You aren’t alone man, and I know there are tons of people going through the same problems…I just think its sad that people single you out and are trying to keep you down. It may be unpopular but you have my support!

  • I’m not sure you are in Australia. They would not let you in the country with a one-way ticket, or without proof you can support yourself for the length of your visa. Also, it normally takes a while to get an Australian visa. You just don’t hop on a plane last Wednesday.

    I have never walked in your shoes I have also experienced hard times, even now almost 2 years later after s*** hit the fan we are still fighting back, the world is known for it’s back talking and back stabbing, you must remember that people loves to talk s*** and especially about someone that is down on their luck, I guess that there is not a lot to say to make one feel better about their situation except from that hard work always pays off, sadly today people loves people with money no matter how s*** personality they might have, at the end of the day only you know the truth only you have the right to judge someone else unless they have walked in your shoes.

    Keep on going and don’t let people get to you, my biggest problem at times was to keep my head up high and look into the future, I let people drag me down but not any more, if they want to try now then speak to my lawyer he got a few things to say :)

    I would like to help out but I am not sure if I can be a moderator, I am on the move constantly so I would suck big time as a moderator but if you need someone to speak to then I am always available.

    He was in the process of beating another lender out of their money when he got googled and denied a loan.

    That is an old scam for which the culprits have paid for these crimes with jailtime and huge fines.

    How would you feel if I were publishing a blog where I bragged about stealing peoples cars, breaking into their houses and taking jewelry and all of a sudden I decide to ‘come clean’, giving all that I’ve stolen back to the victims _ACCEPT_ for the profit I’ve taken buy selling the details of the crimes?

    You have no sense of justice Casey. Of course, you’re getting most of your inspiration and all of your morality from religions that tell you it’s alright to lie, cheat and steal as long as you ask for forgiveness as soon as your caught.
