I took the time to find pictures for all the properties and update some of the loan information. Take a look. I’m still facing foreclosure, so let me know if you have any buyers for me. Thanks.

Dear Casey,
Sorry to hear of your struggles, maybe it will work
out somehow. I noticed that funshway of your homes is all wrong. If you want, I can work with you
to fix this, so that they can finally sell.
Let me know.

I’m interested to hear about how the “funshway” on my homes is wrong. Are you talking curb appeal or the way i’m marketing them or something about “energy flow”?

Casey - I’ve read through your story and am sorry to hear that it isn’t working out. You probably need to start talking to a bankruptcy attorney to understand what your options are. You don’t want to get bled to death by the financial institutions and can still protect any other assets you may own.
You’re still young, so consider this whole thing a life lesson.

[…] Basically, the idea is to offer raffle tickets for say $50-100 a pop until there is enough money to pay off a house. Then hold the raffle and pick a randomly person. That lucky person will then become a proud owner of a $500,000 luxury model home in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. I can do this for all the other houses too. […]

Casey,
I happy that it worked out well for you. It sounds like the other realtors had the right idea for you. I wish you the best.
